Profile
Marina Ramirez Lorca is the founder and director of LorcaBase, a legal and tax firm headquartered at Marina Plaza, Level 27.
Her practice combines a double degree in Law and in Finance and Accounting from Universidad Pablo de Olavide. That foundation lets her approach every matter from both the legal and the economic-fiscal angles, without outsourcing critical work.
She works in Spanish and English with equal rigour, liaises directly with UAE authorities (free zones, Federal Tax Authority, AMER, corporate banking) and personally supervises the firm's most sensitive operations: holding structures, Golden Visa, family reorganisations, corporate tax matters and Dubai property investment structures.
Within the real estate vertical, Marina's role is not to act as a property portal. She coordinates the legal, tax and wealth-planning review of Dubai property transactions and, when regulated brokerage is required, works with licensed brokers in Dubai so the investor decision is reviewed before capital is committed.
