The firm

A direct bridge between the
Spanish-speaking world and the UAE.

LorcaBase was founded in Dubai to close a clear gap in the market: local firms didn't work in Spanish, and Spanish-speaking consultancies operated from abroad without a real office on the ground in the UAE.

We are a Spanish–Emirati advisory firm with a physical office at Marina Plaza, Level 27. We support entrepreneurs, SMEs and private wealth from Spain and Latin America at every step — from choosing the right free zone to ongoing tax compliance — with the same point of contact from start to finish.

We operate in dual CET/GST hours to keep Europe, Latin America and UAE-based counterparts in sync. Every engagement is coordinated directly by a partner: no call centres, no hand-offs, no rough translations on matters that move real capital.

Founder & Managing Director

Marina leads LorcaBase from Dubai. She brings a dual academic background in Law and Finance & Accounting, allowing her to approach every case from both angles that matter: the legal-regulatory and the economic-fiscal.

She advises in Spanish and English with the same rigour, liaises directly with UAE regulators and personally oversees the most sensitive matters: holding structures, Golden Visa, family reorganisations and corporate tax.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often.

What makes LorcaBase different from other firms setting up companies in Dubai?
We treat every client with full transparency. We understand how hard and how important it is to start a business in a new country, so we walk you through every decision with the same clarity from day one — no hand-offs to third parties and the same person leading the entire engagement.
Which languages do you work in and what are your office hours?
We work in Spanish and English, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 GST (Dubai time).
Do I need to travel to Dubai to set up my company?
You do not need to travel to obtain the licence, except for a Mainland company, where the MOA (Memorandum of Association) must be signed in person. You will need to travel later, however, to process the Emirates ID, which is required for corporate banking, SIM cards and other essential services.
How long does it take to have my company incorporated and operational?
It depends on the activity. For a non-regulated activity with all documents ready, we can have the licence issued in 48 hours. In more complex cases (regulated activities or additional approvals), the usual timeline is 3 to 5 days.
How much does it cost to set up a company in Dubai with LorcaBase?
The range varies depending on the free zone, the activity and the number of visas. As a reference, a basic marketing company with 1 visa is around USD 7,000 for the first year, with annual licence renewals of approximately USD 5,000. Every case is priced in detail after the initial consultation.
What happens after the company is set up? Do you support ongoing tax and accounting?
Yes — and that is precisely what sets us apart. Once the company is incorporated, we handle the Corporate Tax registration at no cost, and from that point our clients can continue with us for ongoing tax and accounting services, with the same team member who led the incorporation.
