This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website https://lorcabase.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by LORCABASE - FZCO (hereinafter, "LorcaBase"). The purpose of the Website is to inform the public about the professional services that the firm offers to entrepreneurs, professionals and individuals interested in establishing themselves or investing in the United Arab Emirates.

Access to the Website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, as well as in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, in the version published at the time of access.

3. Terms of use

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice and good faith. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from:

• Using the contents for purposes or with effects contrary to the law, morality, accepted standards of conduct or public order.

LORCABASE - FZCO is the owner, either directly or as assignee, of all the intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website, as well as in its elements: texts, images, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks, trade names, colour combinations, structure, design, source code and any other content.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any means, without the prior, express and written authorisation of LorcaBase, is expressly prohibited. Infringement of these rights may give rise to the corresponding civil and criminal actions.

Use of the "LorcaBase" trademark or of any other distinctive sign of the firm requires the express authorisation of its owner.

The information published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised legal, tax, accounting or migration advice. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and the legal relationship between LorcaBase and the User are governed, generally, by the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable to Free Zone Companies licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.

However, where the User is a natural person resident in the European Union or Spain acting as a consumer, the mandatory rights recognised under European Union law and, where applicable, Spanish consumer protection legislation will be respected.

Disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the Website shall preferentially be submitted to the Courts of Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Where the mandatory regulations applicable to the User establish a different jurisdiction, those regulations shall prevail.
